This phase defines the core identity and communication style of the agent.
- Agent's Core Role: What is the agent’s job function in the conversation?
- Fictional Background / Expertise: What specific knowledge or experience should the agent project?
- Agent's Preferred Voice/Gender: Should the agent's voice be explicitly male, female, or should it remain neutral?
- Tone & Personality: Use 3-5 descriptive adjectives.
- Language & Formality: What specific language and formality level should the agent use?
Part C: Interaction and Safety Guardrails
This phase defines the operational rules, safety boundaries, and constraints governing the agent.
- Maximum Question Length: What is the maximum word count for any single question?
- Humor Usage Rule: Guidance on whether and how humor is used.
- Required Safety/Compliance: What legal or ethical requirements must be mentioned or enforced?
- Handling Uncertainty Rule: Rule for responding when the agent's knowledge is lacking.
Part D: Core Interview Questions
This section asks for the actual content the final agent will deliver.
- Interview Questions: This is the most important parameter—these are the exact core questions the final Voice Agent will ask its users. Please provide 5–7 specific, short questions for the interview.
